FAQs

Yoga at La Rosa Blanca

I’ve never done yoga before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. These sessions are designed with beginners in mind. No experience, flexibility, or special clothing is required, just a willingness to try something new in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

What should I wear to my session?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, like leggings, joggers, or a T-shirt. No need for anything fancy. Just something you feel relaxed in.

Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! I provide all mats and props (like blocks, straps, and blankets). If you have your own and prefer to use them, feel free to bring them along.

What if I’m not flexible?
Flexibility is not a requirement—it's something that can gently improve over time. My sessions are about connecting with your body, not achieving perfect poses. Everything is adapted to your ability.

Can yoga help with anxiety or stress?
Yes. The style of yoga I teach focuses on breath, body awareness, and calming the nervous system. Many clients notice they feel more relaxed, grounded, and clear-headed after just one session.

Is this like a workout or more of a relaxation practice?
Think of this as slow, mindful movement rather than a workout. It’s not fitness-focused, it’s about supporting your emotional and physical wellbeing through gentle movement and breath.

How often should I book a session?
You can book sessions weekly, fortnightly, or as needed. Some clients come once a week to build a routine; others book occasional sessions during stressful periods. We can discuss what feels right for you.

Can I combine Reiki and Yoga in one session?
Yes! If you're interested in a blended session that includes both gentle yoga and Reiki healing, let me know. I can tailor a 75–90 minute experience for deep stress relief and energetic reset.

Where are the sessions held?
In-person sessions are held in Glasgow. The exact address will be provided upon booking. If you're looking for online yoga, please reach out, I can offer virtual sessions.
