Welcome to La Rosa Blanca, a serene space to restore, reconnect, and renew. Our goal is to create a safe, calm, and supportive environment for all clients. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following policies and terms.

La Rosa Blanca is a trading name of Volt and Vector Limited, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC877769).

1. Booking & Arrivals

  • Reservations: Sessions, classes, and readings must be booked in advance via our online system (Fresha) or by phone.

  • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to settle in. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your intake form and discuss your intentions for the session if you have not completed online.

  • Lateness: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed. The full session fee will still apply.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Notice: We respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Fees: Cancellations or no-shows made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee (100%).

  • Emergencies: We understand unexpected emergencies happen. Please contact us directly at 0141 611 3255 if circumstances beyond your control arise.

3. Payments, Packages & Refunds

  • Payment: We accept cash, card, and mobile payments. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.

  • Refunds: Services, treatments, and readings are non-refundable once they have been provided.

  • Packages & Vouchers: All packages, vouchers, and gift cards are non-refundable. They may be transferred or gifted to another person with prior notice but must be used before their stated expiry date.

4. Health, Safety & Disclosures

  • Medical Disclosure: You must inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancies prior to your session via our intake form.

  • Specific Contraindications: *Sound Healing: Please consult us before booking if you have a pacemaker, sound-induced epilepsy, or are pregnancy.

    • Indian Head Massage: Please inform us of any recent head/neck injuries, high blood pressure, or chronic migraines.

    • Reiki & Crystal Healing: These are gentle, non-invasive therapies; however, please notify us of any recent surgeries or areas of the body that are particularly sensitive to touch or the placement of crystals.

  • Wellbeing: If you are unwell (especially with contagious symptoms), please reschedule. Your wellbeing and that of our community is paramount.

  • The Space: La Rosa Blanca is a sacred space. We ask all clients to speak and move mindfully. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

5. Professional Disclaimers

  • Wellness Services: Reiki, Crystal Healing, Yoga, Sound Healing, and Indian Head Massage are complementary wellness practices. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician regarding medical conditions.

  • Readings: Tarot, Oracle, and Angel Card readings are provided for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. Any insights provided are subject to your own interpretation and should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

6. The Legal "Small Print"

  • Company Information: Registered Office: 5 St. Vincent Place, St. George’s Building, Glasgow G1 2DH.

  • Liability: La Rosa Blanca/Volt & Vector Limited accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought into the studio. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any service-related claim is limited to the fee paid for that specific session.

  • Insurance: We maintain full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with UK industry standards. Details of our insurer are available upon request.

  • Complaints: We aim for excellence. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at larosablancastudio@gmail.com. We acknowledge all complaints within 3 working days and aim for a full resolution within 14 days.

  • Data Protection: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policyand UK GDPR.

  • Governing Law: These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Scotland.
