Yoga doesn’t need to be fast, fancy, or complicated. At La Rosa Blanca, I offer private, one-to-one therapeutic yoga designed especially for beginners and those navigating stress, anxiety, or burnout.
In our Glasgow sanctuary, we move away from the "fitness" model of yoga and toward a soul-nourishing practice. Whether you are completely new to the mat or returning after a long break, these sessions provide a safe, sacred space to breathe, move, and reconnect with your body at your own pace.

The Power of Sound
Sound healing is one of the oldest forms of regeneration. At La Rosa Blanca, we use the pure, resonant frequencies of Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Bowls, or Koshi Chimes to guide the brain into a meditative state.
While your body rests in stillness, the sound waves travel through you, gently shifting your brainwaves from an active, stressed state into a deep, restorative "Theta" frequency. It is a massage for your cells, clearing mental clutter and resetting your energetic field.
The Experience: Vibrational Rest
During a dedicated Sound Healing session or as a profound conclusion to your Yoga practice, you will simply lie down, wrapped in a blanket, and allow the resonance to wash over you.
