By placing specific stones on or around the body's energy centers (Chakras), we create a 'symphony of stability' that helps your own energy field come back into alignment.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. It works on all levels, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, clearing blockages and restoring balance to your energy system.

My Approach
La Rosa Blanca was created from a deep calling to help others reconnect with their inner light. After experiencing the profound healing power of Reiki in my own life, I was drawn to share it with others. I believe that healing is a journey, not a destination and that every session is a step toward wholeness, clarity, and self-discovery.

Reiki Healing & Divination Card Reading
1 Hour • In Person (30 mins Reiki / 30 mins Reading)
Step into a sacred, calming space designed to restore balance, clarity, and peace. The Angel Hour is a deeply nurturing one-hour experience that blends Reiki energy healing with an intuitive divination card reading.
The session begins with 30 minutes of Reiki, where gentle, hands-on and off energy healing helps release blockages, calm the nervous system, and realign your mind, body, and spirit. This is a time to relax, receive, and allow healing energy to flow exactly where it’s needed most.
Following the Reiki, you’ll receive a 30-minute intuitive card reading. This service supports relaxation, emotional balance, spiritual insight, and personal clarity.
Immerse yourself in a full hour of healing in our peaceful Glasgow city centre studio. This extended session offers ample time for deep relaxation and energy realignment, allowing Reiki’s restorative flow to gently dissolve stress, promote balance, and nurture your body, mind, and spirit on a deep level.
This 45-minute distance Reiki session offers gentle yet powerful energy healing from the comfort of your own space. Reiki energy is not limited by time or location and flows where it is needed most, supporting balance, relaxation, and emotional well-being.
During the session, you may choose to lie down or sit comfortably while Reiki energy is channeled to you remotely. This healing work helps release energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.
Each session is intuitively guided and aligned with your highest good, making it ideal for stress relief, emotional healing, spiritual support, and energetic realignment.

Reiki Level 1 Certification Day Course

Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in with a warm drink. We recommend allowing an extra 15–30 minutes in your diary at the end of the day, just in case our practical sessions run slightly over!)

Discover the gentle, empowering world of energy healing. The Reiki Level One course is a beautiful one-day immersion designed for beginners or anyone feeling called to connect with universal life force energy.
This level is entirely focused on self-healing, personal growth, and learning how to channel Reiki to bring balance to your own mind, body, and spirit. It is a wonderful, practical tool for reducing stress, calming anxiety, and supporting your overall well-being. Once attuned, you will also be able to share this beautiful energy informally with your friends, family, plants, and pets.
Prerequisite: None! This course is open to everyone, no prior experience with meditation or energy work is needed.

The History & Philosophy: Learning the origins of Usui Reiki and the 5 Reiki Principles for daily living.

Certification: Internationally recognised Reiki Level One Certificate.
Intimate Group Environment: To ensure you feel completely safe, supported, and given plenty of personal guidance as you open up to the energy, this course is strictly limited to a maximum of 6 participants.
Lunch & Refreshments
To allow you to relax completely and focus on your training, a light lunch will be supplied on the day, along with a selection of organic herbal teas and refreshments to keep you hydrated and grounded. (Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements upon booking).
Booking, Cancellations & Transfers
Total Investment: £175 (includes all materials, manual, and certificate).
Deposit: £50 (non-refundable) to secure your place.
Balance: £125 due at least 7 days before the course date.
Our Policy:
By Student: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
Transfers: Bookings may be transferred to a future course date with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Deposits can be carried forward once.
By Facilitator: If the course is cancelled or rescheduled by La Rosa Blanca, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
