My Approach
La Rosa Blanca was created from a deep calling to help others reconnect with their inner light. After experiencing the profound healing power of Reiki in my own life, I was drawn to share it with others. I believe that healing is a journey, not a destination and that every session is a step toward wholeness, clarity, and self-discovery.

This Reiki Level 1 Day Course is a gentle and empowering introduction to Reiki energy healing. Designed for beginners, this one-day immersion invites you to reconnect with your natural healing ability and begin your Reiki journey in a supportive space.
Throughout the day, you will learn the foundations of Reiki, including its history, principles, and practical application. You will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement, opening you to channel Reiki energy for self-healing and healing others. The course includes guided practice, discussion, and time for integration and reflection.
By the end of the day, you will feel confident using Reiki for yourself, loved ones, and daily energetic support.
