This signature session integrates a Scalp and Neck Massage, intuitive Facial Therapy, and the sculptural release of Gua Sha. This physical release helps prepare you for the Reiki to follow, allowing your nervous system to fully surrender and open before the energy work begins.

By clearing the physical "noise" of the upper body first, we create a deep, receptive stillness. Let us begin your journey in energetic alignment, ensuring you leave the sanctuary feeling weightless, re-centred, and restored.

The Experience: Restorative Stillness

Performed entirely while you are lying down in our peaceful Glasgow sanctuary, this is a fully clothed, oil-free treatment. This allows for a total surrender of the senses with no messy hair or oil to worry about.

  • Facial Therapy & Gua Sha: Using intuitive pressure points and Gua Sha, we release jaw tension and soften the brow to create mental space.

  • Deep Scalp Massage: A rhythmic, "dry" holistic massage drawing on traditional Indian Head and Reflexology techniques to encourage circulation and dissolve tension.
